The Moving Wall was on display from May 23rd thru the 27th at Greenhills Memorial Park
This one-half scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans National Memorial, "The Wall," located in Washington D.C., serves as a testament to the sacrifice of more than 58,000 American military personnel who gave their lives for our country or are missing in action (MIA/POW).
On May 22nd the Moving Wall was erected by members of VVA Chapter 53, Kyle Orlemann of the Post 2075 Ladies Auxiliary, and Green Hills Memorial Park staff.

The Wall 25th Anniversary Commemorative Book
Vietnam Veterans of America and Boston Publishing Company (publisher of the Pulitzer Prize-nominated book series, The Vietnam Experience), have teamed up to create the special commemorative book, The Wall, that showcases many of the famous photographs previously published in the 26-volume book series, as well as special feature articles and photo essays documenting the history of The Wall, from its controversial inception in 1982 to its evolution as the most visited and venerated memorial in our nation’s Capital.
Other highlights include reflections and essays on the Vietnam War, interviews with Medal of Honor recipients, letters and mementoes from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Collection, a message from Maya Lin, personal stories of extraordinary journeys to The Wall, and more.
